Catherine N. Zacharias
Catherine Zacharias practices in the areas of general municipal law, including contract review, human resource/employment, regulatory and statutory compliance, including compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Law and municipal court compliance with OSCA requirements. Catherine joined Lauber Municipal Law in 2026. Prior to joining Lauber Municipal Law, Catherine worked for the National Center for State Courts, a non-profit company that works to improve state courts, as a court consultant and as the deputy director of the Center for Judicial Ethics. In addition, Catherine served as Legal Counsel for the Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA) for 25 years, with a focus on contracts, human resources, policy and legislation. In her role with OSCA, Catherine provided legal advice to the State Court Administrator, Division Directors, and various Supreme Court committees.
