Nicholas D. Purifoy
Nick Purifoy practices in the areas of general municipal law, municipal contracts, civil litigation, appellate law, and constitutional law. Nick joined Lauber Municipal Law in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Nick served as Assistant Legal Counsel for the 16th Judicial Circuit of Jackson County, Missouri, where he provided legal advice to the Court Administration and Circuit Judges on intergovernmental affairs, personnel matters, Sunshine Law compliance, and judicial ethics. Previously, Nick practiced federal administrative law where he litigated social security, Medicare, and Medicaid matters in the federal courts.
